CNC Nozzle Drive Winding Machine

The BX-2000-2UC incorporates a specialized underpass device, allowing it to handle thick wires exceeding φ1.5, stators with small inner diameters, and cores with thick stacks that were difficult to process using conventional methods. Thanks to advanced automation, it can be integrated into a fully automated line covering all processes, including stator feeding, terminal insertion, fusing, and inspection, significantly improving efficiency, precision, and productivity.

■ Basic Feature

– Equipped with a special underpass device, this equipment is for stators with small core inner diameters or thick core stacks that could not be handled by the conventional underpass method.

– Because it has become easy to automate the above, it is possible to handle a fully automated line including pre- and post-processes such as a stator feeder, terminal insertion machine, fusing machine, and inspection machine.
